... thank you for the beautiful service you gave at my mother's funeral yesterday.
It was very emotional, but in the right way, and completely personal to her which was exactly what we wanted.
I also want to thank you for the graveside service for my father as well, that was lovely.
I know you put a lot of work into the service and I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate that.
Everyone there came up to me afterwards to say that it was the best and most beautiful funeral that they had been to.

Ashley captured the very essence of my mother and what she meant to us as a family. Ashley was in tune with our thoughts and directed us with empathy and care during our time of grieving. The service was made personalised according to our wishes and an appropriate personal acknowledgement of those gathered on the day. Ashley communicated with professionalism and warmth throughout, which was truly appreciated. Ashley was always punctual and reliable with keeping in touch and meetings.
We are truly grateful to Ashley for providing us with such a beautiful service.

Thank you for the transcript of 'D' 's Celebration of Life service it arrived yesterday and I was so pleased to receive it as I was unable to make the rather long journey from Devon to Norfolk. I think you did a wonderful job of capturing the essence of an incredible lady whom I had the privilege of knowing for 58 years.
