A naming ceremony, as an alternative to a Christening, gathers your family and friends to acknowledge and introduce your child's chosen name and to publicly declare your dedication to nurturing and caring for your child.
It's wonderful to be able to express your hopes and dreams for your child's future in a deeply personal ceremony.
It is also a perfect solution when the parents are of different faiths. The naming ceremony can be religiously neutral or incorporate elements from both beliefs in order to represent the values of both parents.
